Recorded in three days over the Christmas holidays in 2009. At the time, Forest was living in Halifax but came home to Calgary to visit family and friends for the holidays. Lorrie still smoked in the studio which made the vocal performances much cooler.

A sparse yet bombastic exploration into heartbreak with only a sliver of silver lining.
